Job Requirements
- at least 18 years of age
- possess basic math skills
- physical ability to mix hundreds of pounds of dough and form into loaves
- ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
- have intermediate product knowledge including knowledge of temperature, chemical reactions, and bakery products
- basic understanding of the English language, including ability to communicate and read basic instructions, schedules and signage
- have a passion for putting out a great product consistently
- a positive attitude

Job Duties
- mixing and preparing hundreds of hand-formed artisan breads each shift
- prepping produce and deli products for bakery items
- mixing and scaling ingredients
- benching dough
- loading carts and racks with product
- lifting and stacking flour
- operating kitchen machinery including ovens, proofers, mixers, and dough dividers while maintaining a clean, sanitary and attractive work environment
- assisting bakery clerks and providing world-class service to guests as needed
