Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in bakery or food production preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety standards

Job Duties

  • Ensuring proper weights and lengths of finished products
  • Performing and documenting quality inspections of finished product
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the baking production area
  • Assisting operators in daily production operations including setting up, proofing, and baking bread and rolls
  • Slicing bread
  • Operating ovens, proofers and bread slicers
  • Performing other duties as assigned
