Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work early morning shifts including one 4am start weekly
- availability to work one weekend shift per week
- physical ability to stand walk bend and lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- basic math proficiency
- previous experience in bread baking or culinary arts preferred
- reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Duties
- Scaling mixing shaping baking cleaning and item development to meet production goals
- following daily production schedules to prepare appropriate quantities of bread
- assisting with seasonal menu changes and new item development
- communicating production issues and needs to leadership
- analyzing quality efficiency and timeliness to improve performance
- maintaining knowledge of bread products to educate staff and customers
- assisting lead baker in training new employees
