Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bakery or culinary experience
- Experience with dough sheeter and laminated doughs
- Ability to follow recipes and baking instructions precisely
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work various shifts including early mornings and weekends
- Good physical stamina to handle standing for long periods and lifting bakery equipment

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods including bread, croissants, pastries, cakes, and cookie doughs using established recipes and techniques
- Prepare necessary doughs as needed for weekly product
- Store finished products efficiently while maintaining food safety standards and presentation quality
- Maintain, order, and rotate inventory each week and as needed
- Lead bakery production tasks such as measuring ingredients, mixing doughs, and assembling baked items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to strict food handling and safety protocols
- Support catering events or special orders by preparing customized baked goods according to specifications
- Monitor baking times and oven temperatures to ensure consistent product quality across all batches
