- experience using dough sheeter and laminator
Job Duties
- Mixing dough according to recipe specifications
- shaping dough for various types of artisan breads
- proofing dough under controlled conditions
- baking breads to ensure optimal texture and flavor
- maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards in the bakery area
- monitoring inventory levels of baking supplies
- assisting with inventory management and kitchen organization
