Job Duties

Prepare and bake a variety of bread, rolls, and bagels following established recipes and standards
Mix doughs, batters, and fillings with precision using professional kitchen tools and techniques
Package baked items efficiently for sale or delivery while maintaining product integrity
Ensure all food handling and safety procedures are strictly followed to meet health regulations
Maintain cleanliness of the bakery station, including equipment sanitation and organization
Assist with food preparation tasks for catering events or in-store service as needed
