Job Requirements
- minimum 2 years of previous baking experience
- proficiency with spiral mixers
- experience using deck and rack ovens
- ability to work overnight shifts from 2 AM to 10 AM
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- capacity to stand and walk for extended periods
- must not be an entry-level baker

- at least a high school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience with yeasted products
- skilled in the use of commercial baking equipment

Job Duties
- prepare artisanal breads and viennoiserie for retail and wholesale clients
- operate spiral mixers, deck ovens, and rack ovens proficiently
- collaborate with team members during overnight shifts
- ensure consistent product quality and adherence to recipes
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area
- lift heavy ingredients and materials as required
- manage time efficiently to meet production schedules
