Job Requirements

Previous experience in commercial bakery or restaurant baking
Organized and reliable
Physical stamina and comfort lifting 50 lbs
Flexibility to work early morning shifts starting between 3:00 AM and 7:00 AM
Availability on weekends and holidays
Willingness to perform diverse tasks including baking, cleaning, and prep
Strong team-oriented mindset

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial bakery or restaurant baking
Organized and reliable
Ability to work quickly in high-heat oven environments
Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs
Flexibility to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays
Positive attitude and team player
Commitment to craftsmanship and quality

Job Duties

Divide dough and shape loaves with care and precision
Execute morning bake with experience on steam-injected deck oven
Scale ingredients and prep for the day’s bake
Handle bakery production tasks including prepping bakery items, cleaning, and kitchen upkeep
Assist with packing, bagging, and prepping bread for delivery
Safely lift up to 50 lbs
Maintain team-focused mindset and flexibility in duties
