Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years of baking experience in a commercial environment
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- availability to work 40 hours per week with shifts from 2 AM to 10 AM
- reliable and punctual
- positive attitude and effective communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience in professional bread baking
- proficiency with yeasted products
- experience operating spiral mixers, deck ovens, and rack ovens
- ability to work early morning shifts
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- attention to detail and commitment to food quality
Job Duties
- Prepare artisanal breads and viennoiserie for retail and wholesale clients
- operate bakery equipment including spiral mixers, deck ovens, and rack ovens
- collaborate with the team during overnight shifts to meet production targets
- maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene
- lift heavy ingredients and materials up to 50 pounds
- stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
- work independently and efficiently to complete assigned baking tasks
