Job Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience managing a restaurant or similar role in the customer service industry
  • Ability to lead a team and provide excellent customer service
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal health and safety regulations
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Capability to manage financial and operational performance
  • Familiarity with POS systems preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent education

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management and operations
  • Strong staff training and team management skills
  • Expertise in food service management and kitchen oversight
  • Familiarity with POS systems, including Aloha and Micros
  • Background in food preparation and inventory control
  • Experience in casual and fine dining environments
  • Ability to supervise and interview staff effectively

Job Duties

  • Develop a clear plan for the restaurant that takes into account the market, local competitors, sales revenue, and expenses
  • Aim to provide the best possible dining experience for all of our customers
  • Examine each product and service for quality in accordance with the standards set by the company
  • Build restaurant staff through recruiting, interviewing, and training food service professionals
  • Maintain food and dining product inventories and make precise projections about future sales trends
  • Hold team members accountable by conducting performance reviews with them and using performance management
  • Work with sales team to plan and execute banquets and catering
