Job Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience managing a restaurant or similar role in the customer service industry
- Ability to lead a team and provide excellent customer service
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal health and safety regulations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Capability to manage financial and operational performance
- Familiarity with POS systems preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent education

- Proven experience in restaurant management and operations

- Expertise in food service management and kitchen oversight
- Familiarity with POS systems, including Aloha and Micros
- Background in food preparation and inventory control

Job Duties
- Develop a clear plan for the restaurant that takes into account the market, local competitors, sales revenue, and expenses
- Aim to provide the best possible dining experience for all of our customers
- Examine each product and service for quality in accordance with the standards set by the company
- Build restaurant staff through recruiting, interviewing, and training food service professionals
- Maintain food and dining product inventories and make precise projections about future sales trends
- Hold team members accountable by conducting performance reviews with them and using performance management
- Work with sales team to plan and execute banquets and catering
