Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in executive chef or similar culinary leadership role
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse culinary team
  • Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and food preparation standards
  • Familiarity with safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Culinary degree or equivalent culinary experience

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in restaurant or food service
  • Strong team management skills to motivate and lead culinary staff
  • Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and inventory control best practices
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration at all staff levels
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Set and maintain standards within the back of house to improve execution and production of Italian food
  • Utilize guest feedback and food-related review trackers to improve satisfaction and food quality
  • Ensure all opening and closing duties are performed to company standards with stations and employee hygiene ready
  • Manage employee attendance and shift readiness
  • Use NBO for ordering, preparation, and stocking in alignment with guest counts
  • Direct and coach managers and employees during food production to follow recipes and procedures
  • Conduct regular menu tastings and line checks to ensure food safety, quality, and inventory readiness
