Job Duties

- Maintains complete knowledge of property layouts, table/seat/station numbers, proper table setups, room capacity, hours of operation, price ranges, and dress codes
- Endures abundant physical movements throughout the work area
- Performs job functions with minimal supervision
- Maintains and strictly abides by state sanitation/health regulations and company standards of operation
- Inspects cleanliness and organization of line workstations
- Rectifies deficiencies and maintains cleanliness throughout the shift
- Retrieves dirty dishes from the line, counter, or service assistant trays
- Sorts dirty dishes into racks
- Places rack through dishwashing system, following all safety precautions and standards
- Sorts and shelves clean dishes per company standards
