Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years experience and/or training preferred
  • Ability to endure abundant physical movements throughout the work area
  • Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision
  • Must comply with state sanitation/health regulations
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work respectfully with team members

  • Maintains complete knowledge of property layouts, table/seat/station numbers, proper table setups, room capacity, hours of operation, price ranges, and dress codes
  • Endures abundant physical movements throughout the work area
  • Performs job functions with minimal supervision
  • Maintains and strictly abides by state sanitation/health regulations and company standards of operation
  • Inspects cleanliness and organization of line workstations
  • Rectifies deficiencies and maintains cleanliness throughout the shift
  • Retrieves dirty dishes from the line, counter, or service assistant trays
  • Sorts dirty dishes into racks
  • Places rack through dishwashing system, following all safety precautions and standards
  • Sorts and shelves clean dishes per company standards
