The Server Assistant role is vital in supporting the service, bartending, and host/hostess teams to maintain smooth and efficient guest service throughout the restaurant. Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
one to two years of relevant experience preferred
physical ability to endure abundant movements throughout work area
ability to maintain organization and cleanliness
ability to follow company policies and health regulations
strong communication skills
ability to work with minimal supervision

maintain complete knowledge of all menu items, prices, preparation methods, cook time, major ingredients, quality standards, taste, appearance of products, texture, serving temperature, garnish, and plate presentation
be well organized, maintain concentration, and think clearly when providing service to multiple guests
endure abundant physical movements throughout the work area
perform job functions with minimal supervision
maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations and company standards of operation
inspect cleanliness and organization of line workstations
rectify deficiencies and maintain throughout the shift
monitor and maintain the cleanliness of assigned tables
place additional utensils and wares on tables as directed
clean and reset tables immediately after guest departure
replenish ware inside stations throughout shift
buss tables and provide assistance to staff with guest needs
