The role of Server Assistant is crucial in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant. This position involves assisting the service, bartending, and host/hostess teams to ensure seamless guest service throughout the dining experience. The Server Assistant maintains organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment, helping to uphold the high standards of our restaurant. You will take initiative in monitoring the dining area, identifying and resolving any organizational or cleanliness issues immediately. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Ability to stand and move throughout shift
  • Commitment to upholding company cleanliness and service standards
  • Ability to perform physical tasks required for the role
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications
