Job Requirements

  • Bartending training and certification
  • TIPS certified
  • Minimum 6 months bartending experience
  • Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to lift trays and equipment weighing 20-40 lbs
  • Ability to push carts weighing 50-100 lbs
  • Ability to stand continuously for entire shift
  • Ability to bend and kneel to access cabinets and lift trays
  • Ability to read and communicate in English effectively
  • Ability to operate cash register and accurately handle cash and payments
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time
  • Must maintain professionalism under stressful and emotional situations

Job Qualifications

  • Bartending training and certification

  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of state liquor laws

Job Duties

  • Set up bar area
  • Mix and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines
  • Perform all guest contact activities professionally maintaining commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Ring guest checks and process payments accurately
  • Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists
  • Know and comply with state liquor laws
  • Maintain established par levels
  • Perform sidework duties as scheduled
  • Collaborate with restaurant leadership on drink recipes and product specifications
  • Assist in taking inventories
