Job Requirements
- Bartending training and certification
- TIPS certified
- Minimum 6 months bartending experience
- Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Ability to lift trays and equipment weighing 20-40 lbs
- Ability to push carts weighing 50-100 lbs
- Ability to stand continuously for entire shift
- Ability to bend and kneel to access cabinets and lift trays
- Ability to read and communicate in English effectively
- Ability to operate cash register and accurately handle cash and payments
- Ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time
- Must maintain professionalism under stressful and emotional situations
Job Qualifications

- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Set up bar area
- Mix and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines
- Perform all guest contact activities professionally maintaining commitment to guest satisfaction
- Ring guest checks and process payments accurately
- Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists
- Know and comply with state liquor laws
- Maintain established par levels
- Perform sidework duties as scheduled
- Collaborate with restaurant leadership on drink recipes and product specifications
- Assist in taking inventories
