Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Bartending training and certification required
- TIPS certification required
- Minimum of six months bartending experience
- Ability to lift 20-40 pounds and push 50-100 pounds
- Ability to stand continuously during shifts
- Ability to bend and kneel
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Must be able to accurately count cash and operate cash register
Job Qualifications
- Bartending training and certification, TIPS certified, At least six months bartending experience, Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages, Ability to perform multiple tasks at one time, Strong organizational skills, Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English
Job Duties
- Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
- Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner
- Ring guest checks, collect cash and process credits and room charges in the exact manner outlined by company policies and procedures
- Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists
- Know and comply with state liquor laws
- Ensure established pars are maintained
- Perform all sidework duties according to sidework schedules
