Currently, Brasa Rotisserie is seeking to expand its Front of House (FOH) team by hiring a Server who embodies their philosophy of hospitality and teamwork. The Server role is essential in maintaining the high standards of guest service the restaurant is known for. This position requires someone enthusiastic about providing stellar hospitality through expert food and drink knowledge, accurate and efficient order taking, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. The Server plays a crucial role in creating a positive dining experience, assisting not just in serving but also with opening and closing duties, thereby supporting the operational flow of the restaurant.

The Server position offers between 3 to 5 shifts per week, with a total of 20 to 40 hours, primarily during evenings and weekends – times that are busiest and most vibrant. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in the serving industry, evidencing their ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment. Wages start at $16.37 per hour plus tips, providing a competitive compensation package in the restaurant industry sector.
