The Brand President position is a senior executive role responsible for overseeing the overall strategy, performance, and growth of The Bar Method. This role involves leadership of franchise operations, education and training, marketing, customer experience, digital offerings, and business development. The Brand President will work closely with enterprise partners, franchise owners, and shared services teams to drive franchisee success and strengthen brand performance system-wide. This role demands a growth-oriented leader with strong franchise or multi-unit leadership experience, commercial acumen, and a demonstrated ability to manage scaling and change effectively.

Key responsibilities of the Brand President include setting the strategic direction and long-term growth plan, overseeing planning and performance management, driving franchise operational excellence, championing education and instructor development, enhancing brand marketing and customer experience, managing P&L and resource allocation, and partnering closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 12-15+ years of executive leadership experience
  • Proven financial acumen including managing budgets, forecasts, and P&L
  • Strong franchise or multi-unit leadership experience
  • Ability to lead strategic and operational initiatives
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills
  • Data-driven and action-oriented
  • Passion for brand stewardship and customer experience

Job Qualifications

  • 12-15+ years of progressive executive leadership experience in franchise, fitness, retail, hospitality, consumer services, or other multi-unit operating environments
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale business operations with full P&L responsibility and consistently delivering growth, profitability, and operational performance
  • Experience developing and executing strategic plans, leading organizational change, and building high-performing teams
  • Strong background in operations management, business planning, forecasting, and cross-functional leadership
  • Franchise leadership experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience in fitness, wellness, boutique fitness, membership-based, or premium service brands is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • MBA or other advanced business degree preferred
