Job Description

Fever is the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, dedicated to democratizing access to culture and entertainment globally. With its proprietary cutting-edge technology and a data-driven approach, Fever revolutionizes the way people discover and engage with live entertainment experiences. Operating in over 55 countries and inspiring more than 300 million people every month, Fever empowers event creators by providing data and technology tools that enable them to scale, innovate, and enhance their events to reach new, diverse audiences. Fever’s impressive partnerships include collaborations with major industry leaders such as Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound, and it boasts international award-winning experiences backed by prominent global investors.

As a Brand Partnerships Event Producer at Fever, you will be a key player in shaping the future of entertainment by leading the development and production of bespoke branded events and activations. This role offers the opportunity to work on both complex, high-value projects and smaller-scale activations, requiring a hands-on, autonomous approach to ensure every event is executed to the highest standard. Fever’s creative team operates much like an agency, crafting memorable experiences that connect brands and audiences meaningfully through culturally resonant campaigns. These campaigns blend branded content, digital storytelling, ticketed experiences, and premium sponsorships, tailored uniquely for each market.

In this role, you will manage every aspect of event production from scoping and budgeting to live delivery and post-event reconciliation. Collaborating closely with project management and other stakeholders globally, you will ensure timelines and client expectations are met efficiently. You will also be responsible for negotiating contracts with venues, suppliers, talent, and production partners while maintaining commercial acumen to control costs and maximize value. This position demands a proactive attitude towards risk management, ensuring that all events comply with health, safety, and legal requirements.

Moreover, you will contribute creative production-led solutions during brainstorms, balancing innovation with budget constraints and helping to design and implement scalable production processes and global standards that drive Fever’s success in delivering exceptional brand experiences worldwide.

This position offers an attractive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from 73,000 to 76,000 USD, with the potential to earn bonuses based on performance. As part of Fever’s vibrant international team, you will enjoy a dynamic work environment that fosters significant professional and personal growth. Employees also benefit from a 40 percent discount on all Fever events and experiences, reflecting the company’s commitment to a fun and inclusive culture. Furthermore, depending on the market, there are health, dental, and vision insurance options available.

Joining Fever means becoming part of a forward-thinking company that values diversity and inclusion, encouraging applicants from all backgrounds to bring their unique perspectives and talents. Fever is committed to providing an accessible hiring process and a supportive workplace where everyone can thrive. If you are a passionate event production professional eager to work in a high-growth global category leader and help reshape the landscape of live entertainment, Fever invites you to take the next step in your career and be part of something extraordinary.
