Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive culinary leadership experience
- Experience managing high-volume, high-level culinary settings
- Proven multi-unit brand leadership with a luxury hospitality background
- Skilled in budget management and cost control
- Experience in team development and training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, bend, walk, use hands and fingers regularly
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Capable of operating in a physically demanding kitchen environment

Job Duties
- Lead, train, and manage a kitchen team ensuring consistency in quality and adherence to recipe standards
- Maintain hands-on involvement in daily kitchen operations
- Implement training programs focused on recipe adherence, food safety, and culinary excellence
- Develop efficient shift schedules to meet kitchen demands
- Craft innovative, high-quality recipes and menus aligning with brand standards
- Establish and enforce food quality standards through regular audits
- Implement efficient kitchen procedures for food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Manage kitchen operations to maintain quality under high-capacity conditions
- Oversee health and safety practices ensuring regulatory compliance
- Monitor and manage inventory levels working with procurement to source ingredients
- Manage culinary budget to maximize cost-efficiency
- Identify opportunities to enhance total costs via effective pricing and sourcing
- Prepare financial reports analyzing data to inform decisions
- Actively interact with guests to gather feedback
- Collaborate with event teams for VIP and special occasion menus
- Work closely with staff to ensure exceptional guest service
