This hiring opportunity is for the role of a Brand Educator in Springfield, MO, and the surrounding areas, designed as an occasional employment position with a flexible schedule centered mostly on events occurring Thursday through Sunday evenings. The position offers an attractive hourly wage of $30.00 and requires candidates to be 21 years or older. Brand Educators (BEs) are brand enthusiasts who actively engage consumers to educate them on high-profile brands in various settings such as retail locations, bars, nightclubs, and stadiums. The role involves creating safe and unique consumer experiences that reinforce brand loyalty, increase brand awareness, and boost sales.

BEs embody the brands they represent by humanizing the products, building consumer trust through in-depth product knowledge, and delivering memorable interactions at the point of purchase or consumption. They also play a crucial role in merchandising, reporting event outcomes digitally, handling company-issued credit card transactions, and traveling to event locations as necessary. Ideal candidates are reliable, professional, approachable, and fun, upholding the highest standards of consumer engagement and corporate responsibility.

This role also requires participation in regular online paid training sessions to maintain up-to-date knowledge about client brands, including detailed brand and product insights with the ability to pass knowledge examinations. Job Duties

  • Actively engage and educate consumers at the point of experience, purchase, and consumption
  • follow responsible server guidelines
  • merchandise accounts with point-of-sale (POS)
  • pick up materials to execute assigned activations or events
  • ensure proper care and return of company property (i.e. - uniforms, event materials)
  • comfortable using your smartphone to take digital event photos and enter event recaps
  • maintain appropriate appearance for consumer engagement
  • follow all Covid-19 related safety guidelines to deliver a safe experience
