Job Description
We are a dynamic and mission-driven company dedicated to creating meaningful connections within communities. As a forward-thinking organization, we believe that building relationships goes beyond technology; it is about fostering genuine human interactions that enrich lives and amplify local engagement. Our company specializes in brand activations and community events that bring people together through innovative and immersive experiences. Known for our creativity and high-energy approach, we seek a Brand Ambassador / Events Specialist to enhance our presence by delivering memorable events that resonate deeply with our audience.
This role is a 6-month plus contract opportunity, requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week including nights and weekends to be on site at various events. Our Brand Ambassador / Events Specialist is much more than a representative; you are a community connector, a strategic planner, and a creative thinker who thrives on bringing events to life. You'll be scouting and securing event opportunities across hyper-local communities, festivals, schools, and nonprofit organizations while cultivating relationships with vendors, venues, and community leaders.
Your key responsibilities will involve prospecting new events that align with our brand objectives, developing and maintaining an active calendar of community-based activities, and initiating partnerships to maximize brand visibility and engagement. You will manage vendor relationships by researching, onboarding, negotiating contracts, and ensuring all event partners meet our high standards. Additionally, you will spearhead lead generation by driving attendee engagement, tracking qualified leads in CRM systems, and analyzing event ROI.
Creativity will be a vital aspect of this role as you partner with marketing and design teams to develop innovative event themes, promotional materials, and immersive experiences that reflect our company’s mission and messaging. You will oversee all logistics during event execution—from venue selection to staffing and budget oversight—ensuring seamless onsite management and superior guest experiences. Problem-solving and quick decision-making will be essential to resolve any event challenges in real time while maintaining professionalism and hospitality.
Bringing to the role excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will engage authentically with diverse audiences and build trust within the community. Your previous experience in event planning, brand activation, or community engagement will allow you to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strong eye for detail and design. Familiarity with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint will enable you to track leads and coordinate event operations effectively. Flexibility is key, as this is an active, field-based role requiring travel to various event sites.
Preferred candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or related fields, and have experience in telecommunications, brand marketing, or consumer industries. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing your ability to connect across diverse communities.
You are a natural connector energized by fast-paced, dynamic environments who blends creativity with professionalism. You enjoy juggling logistics, public-facing duties, and creative design tasks, representing a brand that values community and collaboration. Joining our team means working within a people-first culture that embraces innovation, teamwork, and local engagement.
If you are passionate about events, enjoy making an impactful difference, and want to be part of a company that prioritizes meaning over metrics, we invite you to apply for this exciting Brand Ambassador / Events Specialist role. Together, we can build memorable experiences that not only amplify our brand but also strengthen the fabric of the communities we serve.
