Renewal by Andersen is the full-service window-replacement division of the Andersen Corporation, a company with a rich history spanning over 120 years. Andersen Corporation is renowned as the owner of the most trusted family of window brands in America. Renewal by Andersen was created with the goal of redefining the window replacement industry by providing a superior and distinctive customer experience. With 10 company-owned locations and more than 50 independently owned affiliates across the United States, Renewal by Andersen offers extensive reach and trusted service. S&L Windows operates as an affiliate of Renewal by Andersen in three key markets: Charlotte, NC; Columbia, SC; and Greenville/Asheville/Spartanburg. S&L Windows is a family-owned and operated business that has built a strong reputation for reliability and outstanding customer service, operated with a Green Diamond service mindset. This position involves a dynamic blend of office work and active fieldwork, requiring the candidate to split their time between the office and traveling to various events and retail sites. The role is designed to support the Senior Manager of Event Marketing by helping with the recruiting, hiring, and training of Event Marketing Promoters. Responsibilities in the office include training new employees, conducting one-on-one coaching sessions, scheduling, and preparing supplies. Additionally, you will assist in researching and securing vendor and sponsorship agreements for events in regions including Charleston and Hilton Head.

Outside the office, you will visit assigned events and retail locations, performing onsite training of Event Marketing Promoters and lead generation activities. After each site visit, a detailed review must be submitted to the Senior Manager of Event Marketing. The role also demands a hands-on approach at events, including setup, execution, and breakdown activities. As a point of contact for event agents on location, you will foster a culture of positive reinforcement, maintain professionalism, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will be proactive, actively working whenever the team is working, and ready to support field staff with necessary supplies and tools.

This full-time position offers a total compensation package of $50,000 to $60,000 plus bonus. Key aspects of the work schedule include approximately 50% of the time dedicated to site visits and retail development, with the remaining 50% focused on office duties such as interviewing, training, and meetings. Benefits include paid training, health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, and more. If you thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and are committed to leadership and team development in marketing and sales, this role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth within a respected industry leader.
