Job Duties
- Welcome and greet all guests while being a fun ambassador
- Communicate to the team who is a first-time guest
- Answer guest’s questions on various activities and directions
- Manage the guest experience by keeping communication clear on wait times for games, food, and other activities
- Escort guests to various activities, explain safety rules, and assist with table maintenance
- Thank guests for coming and welcome them back
- Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards
