Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation for travel to retail locations and events
- Must own a smartphone
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs for display setup
- Confidence in handling rejection and maintaining motivation
- Genuine interest in helping people and representing a premium brand
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and connect with diverse customers
- Comfortable using a smartphone and basic technology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
Job Duties
- Represent Infinity Replacement by Marvin at retail locations, events, and trade shows
- Engage shoppers and introduce them to premium window and door solutions
- Turn great conversations into qualified in-home consultation appointments
- Set up, maintain, and manage eye-catching branded displays
- Provide excellent customer service to uphold the brand’s reputation
- Track and report leads accurately for bonus qualifications
- Maintain product knowledge to answer customer questions effectively
