Job Description

Longoria Wines is a distinguished and rapidly growing producer of premium wines based in Santa Barbara County, California. Established in 1982, Longoria Wines has earned a reputation for crafting nuanced and elegantly balanced wines across a diverse range of styles and varietals. The winery prides itself on a strict commitment to quality, continuously refining its process to maintain exceptional standards while strategically expanding its brand presence in new markets. Operating within the competitive beverage industry, Longoria Wines has built a loyal customer base that appreciates the artistry and attention to detail inherent in each bottle produced. The company remains deeply rooted in the local wine culture of Santa Barbara County, yet its reach is steadily expanding through innovative sales and marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility and capturing new clientele worldwide.

We are excited to offer an opportunity for experienced on- and off-premise account managers with established relationships in the beverage industry to join our team as independent sales representatives. This role is designed for motivated sales professionals who possess a passion for exceptional wine and a strong network of commercial accounts, including restaurants, bars, retail stores, and other venues that sell or serve wine. As an independent sales representative working under a 1099 contract, the individual will benefit from a flexible work schedule, enabling them to work full-time or as a side hustle. Longoria Wines offers an attractive compensation plan including 20% commission on all sales with no cap or limits, providing the potential for substantial earnings based on the individual’s performance and networking capabilities.

This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys autonomy, works well independently, and is driven by the opportunity to generate income through their existing beverage industry connections. The role focuses on selling Longoria Wines products directly to accounts within a flexible territory framework, meaning there are no geographical restrictions limiting the scope of sales efforts. Orders placed by Friday will be shipped the following week, ensuring a smooth fulfillment process that supports timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Monthly residual commissions are paid on all accounts, providing a recurring income stream that rewards ongoing relationship management and account growth.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding Longoria Wines’ market reach by leveraging their sales expertise and network to introduce the brand’s premium wines to new and existing customers. They will represent the winery’s commitment to exceptional quality and customer service, ensuring that each account receives personalized attention and support throughout the sales cycle. This role demands strong communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to build and maintain meaningful business relationships.

Longoria Wines is committed to supporting its sales representatives with immediate onboarding and order fulfillment assistance, creating an environment where sales professionals can focus on what they do best: selling outstanding wines and building accounts. Joining Longoria Wines means becoming part of a passionate and growing team with ambitious goals and a shared vision of elevating the winery’s stature both locally and beyond. Whether pursuing this role as a full-time career or a lucrative side endeavor, candidates will find significant opportunity for growth and financial reward in partnership with a respected name in the wine industry.
