We are currently seeking a dedicated and responsible Delivery Driver and Warehouse Support Associate to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is vital to ensuring the smooth functioning of branch operations by managing deliveries, order pulling, stock handling, and other warehouse duties. The successful candidate will be entrusted with the safe and timely transportation of goods, compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, and maintaining accurate trip and fuel documentation. This position also involves direct interaction with customers, providing courteous service and support both at the branch counter and during deliveries.

The ideal candidate will possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a hazmat endorsement and meet all DOT medical and drug-free requirements. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy loads are essential, as the role demands frequent handling of boxes weighing up to 105 pounds and the use of equipment like forklifts and ladders. Key responsibilities include vehicle inspections, loading and unloading shipments with proper equipment, preparing product shipments via UPS, FedEx, and common carriers, as well as managing damaged product paperwork, returns, and reclaims. Additionally, the Delivery Driver and Warehouse Support Associate must be able to operate both standard and automatic transmission vehicles safely.

This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Punctuality, reliability, and a customer-focused attitude are critical components of success in this role. The work environment consists of heated store areas and unheated warehouse spaces with concrete flooring, and overtime work is mandatory during peak seasons and inventory periods.
