Job Requirements
- Ability to work most Saturdays
- Meet CFPB qualification requirements for Loan Originators including financial responsibility, character, and background standards
- Comply with Wells Fargo policies and ongoing regulatory requirements

Job Qualifications
- 2 plus years of experience assessing and meeting customer needs or issue resolution
- 1 plus years of leadership experience
- Leadership skills including ability to build, develop, and motivate a diverse team
- Ability to provide strong customer service while listening and resolving complex issues
- Experience in customer service, operations, or financial services management in a high volume and fast-paced environment
- Ability to educate customers on technology and mobile banking options
- Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism
- Knowledge of banking laws and regulations
- Knowledge of retail compliance controls, risk management, and loss prevention
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and use critical thinking
- Relevant military experience including working with military protocol, personnel benefits management, or recruiting
- Cash handling experience
Job Duties
- Lead and supervise risk and operations of teller functions to deliver exceptional customer service and colleague experience
- Provide feedback and present ideas for improving customer service and related performance management
- Perform operational and customer support tasks
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging customers and building relationships
- Manage the schedule and daily operations of the teller line
- Make decisions and resolve issues related to teller line operations under direction of regional management
- Leverage interpretation of regulations, policy and procedures, and audit escalation
- Support customers and employees in resolving or escalating concerns
- Collaborate and consult with branch employees, colleagues, and managers
- Interact directly with customers
- Coach, motivate, and develop a diverse team of direct reports
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for branch operations
- Mentor and guide talent development and assist in hiring talent
- Assist customers interested in dwelling secured products as a Loan Originator without taking applications or negotiating terms
