Joining Airgas means becoming part of a vibrant team that values diversity and encourages the growth and engagement of every individual. The company is committed to creating a workplace that embraces unique perspectives that come from a broad mix of backgrounds, which helps drive innovation and entrepreneurship. Diversity and inclusion are cornerstones of the company’s culture, reflecting in its respectful, honoring, and valuing approach toward employees, customers, community stakeholders, and cultures across the world.
The position available is for a Branch Manager II based in Concord, CA, overseeing the daily store operations to meet and exceed sales and margin goals. This full-time role generally works Monday through Friday during daytime hours and offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $105,000 annually. The Branch Manager is responsible for promoting sales, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory levels, and managing expenses effectively to support purchasing functions. Benefits commence after only 30 days of employment, supporting both personal and professional growth.

They stand ready to provide reasonable accommodations throughout the hiring process for qualified individuals with disabilities. This role offers not only a chance to grow a fulfilling career but also to contribute meaningfully to a leading industrial and safety products company dedicated to sustainable and safe operational practices.
