Working at ACG offers a clear pathway for career development, with opportunities to advance into other branch positions such as Field Insurance Sales Agent or Travel Agent, as well as roles in call centers, automotive services, claims, underwriting, and more. The organization encourages personal growth through professional certification reimbursement programs, tuition assistance, and various development initiatives. The company’s compensation structure is competitive, with hourly wages ranging from $19.00 to $21.50 based on experience, accompanied by incentives and an annual performance-based bonus. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k match, paid parental leave, adoption assistance, paid time off, holidays, and exclusive employee discounts.
