We are currently seeking a diligent and responsible individual for a part-time, on-call Banquet and Meeting Setup Assistant position. This role primarily involves the setup and breakdown of banquet and meeting spaces to ensure they are properly prepared for various events. Job Duties

  • Set up banquet and meeting functions according to specifications
  • break down and clean event spaces after functions
  • ensure safe and proper storage of all equipment
  • assist with arranging tables, chairs, and audiovisual equipment
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
  • coordinate with event staff to meet event requirements
  • respond promptly to on-call work assignments
