In the role of Major Account Business Process Outsourcing Sales Representative, you will be positioned at the forefront of ADP's growth and client success initiatives. The sales representative will be accountable for developing targeted business plans, building access to C-level decision-makers such as Presidents, CEOs, CFOs, and Owners, and conducting thorough market research to understand industry trends and company-specific initiatives. Your success will be measured by your ability to manage a complex sales process and align solutions with clients' business outcomes, ultimately earning a place in ADP's prestigious Presidents Club.

This role offers a highly competitive salary range of USD $76,400 to USD $152,000 per year, reflecting factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Additional compensation may be offered in the form of bonuses, commissions, or equity. Job Duties

  • Overlay major account sales representatives within a geographic territory to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals
