- ownership of a cargo van or box truck
- smartphone capable of running the Roadie app
- ability to pass background checks
- willingness to follow safety guidelines
- self-motivated with ability to work independently
- availability for scheduled routed gigs
Job Qualifications

- ability to schedule and manage delivery routes
- familiarity with using mobile apps for gig management
- excellent time management skills
- good communication skills
- previous delivery or driving experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Sign up on the Roadie platform
- complete the RoadieXD qualification process
- select and accept exclusive RoadieXD routed gigs
- deliver various items using cargo vans or box trucks as per gig instructions
- use the Roadie App to view gig details and track deliveries
- manage schedules and earnings independently
- maintain communication with customers and support teams as needed
