As a part of Fusion Logistics, you will join a professional and energetic delivery team operating primarily in the Orlando metro area. This is an employee-based position involving the use of a 16-foot box truck to deliver products safely and efficiently. Importantly, while this role requires a USDOT medical card, it does not require a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), making it accessible for qualified individuals who meet the medical and experience requirements. The company ensures a structured work week with fixed schedules from Monday to Friday, acknowledging the importance of work-life balance for its employees.

The position demands a strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work effectively under the pressure of timely deliveries. Compensation for this role starts at $17.00 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 per week. Fusion Logistics also offers paid orientation training to prepare new employees thoroughly for their roles, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to thrive on the job. The typical shift ranges from 8 to 11 hours depending on customer needs, with early morning start times on alternating days (4:00 am on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and 6:00 am on Tuesday and Thursday).
