Hospital Cooperative Laundry (HCL) is Colorado's largest commercial healthcare laundry service provider, specializing in delivering clean and sanitized linens to medical facilities across the state. Serving over 400 medical clinics, hospitals, and surgery centers, HCL stands as a leader in the healthcare linen service industry. Committed to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, reliability, and customer satisfaction, HCL plays an essential role in supporting healthcare providers in managing their linen needs with efficiency and professionalism. The company prides itself on comprehensive service coverage along Colorado's Front Range, ensuring timely delivery and consistent quality products to all its healthcare partners.
HCL is currently seeking a dedicated Box Truck or CDL Delivery Driver to join their full-time team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of linen deliveries to various healthcare facilities. The delivery driver will be responsible for transporting linen products safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service to clients. This position requires manual loading and unloading of linen products, inventory management at local clinics, and adherence to all safety and operational guidelines. The company offers excellent benefits, including holiday pay, health insurance, and other employee incentives, underscoring its commitment to employee well-being and job satisfaction.
The successful candidate must have at least one year of experience driving box trucks, maintain a clean driving record, and demonstrate the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle large laundry carts. Flexibility to work on some weekends and holidays is also required. The role includes a criminal background check and drug testing as part of the hiring process. Additionally, bilingual skills in Spanish are considered a plus due to the diverse client base HCL serves. By joining HCL, employees become part of a reputable company that values dedication, reliability, and strong partnerships with the healthcare community. This position not only offers job stability but also presents opportunities for career growth within an expanding healthcare support service provider.
