Job Requirements
- must be available for flexible working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
- strong communication skills
- basic understanding of ticketing systems
- previous customer service or sales experience
- preferred general office and cash handling experience
- commitment to upholding company values
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 1-year experience in sales and/or customer service
- general office and cash experience preferred
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- basic foundation and understanding of event ticketing
- ability to accommodate an extremely flexible and fluid work schedule
- service oriented with strong organizational skills
- detail-oriented with ability to multitask and juggle competing priorities
- passion for live events such as music, pop culture, arts, theatre, and family events
Job Duties
- providing exceptional front-line customer service to ticket purchasers
- conduct in-person ticket sales at the box office using the Ticketmaster Point of Sale system
- work with Archtics and TM Host systems regularly
- balance and account for cash and credit card receipts from sales transactions
- organize and distribute will-call tickets
- foster and maintain a positive attitude towards the company and its activities
