Job Description

Legends Global is a premier global partner to some of the world's greatest live events, venues, and brands. This company specializes in delivering fully integrated premium services, managing its partners' brands through a white-label approach. With a network that spans 450 venues worldwide, Legends Global hosts about 20,000 events annually, welcoming approximately 165 million guests each year. The company's expertise covers all aspects of live events and venue management, including feasibility studies, consulting, owner’s representation, sales, partnerships, hospitality, merchandise, venue operations, content, and booking services.

Legends Global is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where employees can express their authentic selves, make a meaningful impact, and grow their careers. The work environment promotes teamwork and shared success, reflecting the belief that all wins are earned through unified efforts. As a market leader, the organization supports a dynamic, fast-paced industry, requiring team members who are adaptable and dedicated.

The Box Office Administrator position is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt role reporting to the Manager of Box Office. This position plays a crucial role as the initial point of contact for guests attending events. The Box Office Administrator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting with ticketing transactions, responding to inquiries, and offering detailed event information. This role demands professionalism, accuracy, and a friendly demeanor to ensure every guest feels welcomed and supported throughout their experience.

The role requires delivering consistently high-quality service, greeting guests warmly, and addressing their needs, whether it involves seating assistance or ticket guidance. The Box Office Administrator is pivotal in managing ticket distribution, including handling "Will Call" tickets and resolving ticketing issues efficiently and professionally. The position also requires collaboration with staff members to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience. Flexibility is essential, as the role includes coverage for a minimum of 80% of event schedules, which may involve irregular hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ideal candidates for this role will have strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to stay calm and adaptable in high-pressure situations typical of live event environments. Familiarity with computerized ticketing systems is a must, and while experience with platforms like Ticketmaster Host or TM1 Sales is advantageous, training is provided. Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are a plus but not required. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and navigate the venue quickly is necessary, along with reliable transportation to ensure timely attendance.

This position offers an opportunity to join a respected company in the live entertainment and venue management industry, where employees are valued and encouraged to grow professionally. Legends Global is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to diversity and inclusion, making it an attractive environment for individuals seeking a meaningful and engaging role in event services.
