Job Duties
- bus and reset tables
- report to work well-groomed in clean and proper uniform and practice good personal hygiene
- set dining tables with dishes, silverware, glassware, and condiments prior to meal service
- remove soiled dishes, silverware, linens, and glassware after meal service
- wipe tables, chairs, and adjacent walls clean with sanitizer
- clear crumbs onto serving tray and wipe tables clean
- vacuum floor around dining tables
- maintain cleanliness of stations and work areas
- perform side work during downtime such as rolling silverware and restocking condiment holders
- clean work areas and bathrooms
- refill ice bins in service stations and bars
- deliver clean dishes to cooks or expo line
- keep management informed of problems and propose solutions
- sweep, mop, or vacuum floors throughout restaurant
- empty trash containers
- clean spills or accidents quickly
- perform cleaning or maintenance tasks as requested
