Main Event is currently seeking enthusiastic and energetic Bowl Attendants to join their team. This role is essential in setting the tone for guest experiences by delivering exceptional service and expert knowledge of the bowling facilities. As a Bowl Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for guests entering the bowling area, serving as a warm and friendly ambassador who guides guests through the activities and specials available. The position requires a high level of energy, a helpful attitude, and thorough knowledge of bowling operations to ensure every guest's visit is fun, safe, and memorable.

The Bowl Attendant position involves upholding rigorous cleanliness and safety standards to create an enjoyable space where guests can play with confidence. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, promoting various activities tailored to their interests, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with all safety protocols. This role also includes operational tasks such as issuing and sanitizing bowling shoes, assisting guests with lane setups and ball selections, and processing payment transactions. Working closely with management and team members, you will help maintain an organized and efficient working environment.

This is a part-time position with flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holiday shifts to accommodate the needs of the business and the team.
