Job Duties
- Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
- welcoming and engaging with all Guests as an ambassador of fun
- promoting and recommending activities based on Guest needs and availability
- troubleshooting and handling lane malfunction calls
- issuing and cleaning bowling shoes and maintaining shoe organization
- escorting Guests to lanes and assisting with lane setup and ball selection
- ensuring Guests adhere to bowling safety standards
- processing payment transactions and welcoming Guests back
- maintaining a clean and organized Bowl Desk and lanes
- completing side duties
