The Bowl Attendant role at Main Event Entertainment is essential for ensuring guests have an enjoyable and seamless bowling experience. As a Bowl Attendant, you will be the face of the bowling area, setting the stage for all guests by providing a warm welcome and acting as a knowledgeable source of information about the activities and specials available. This is a high-energy position that requires strong communication skills, attention to safety and sanitation, and a passion for delivering excellent guest service.

Daily responsibilities include managing bowling lanes, assisting guests with lane setup and ball selection, handling troubleshooting during lane malfunctions, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bowling area and shoe inventory. This role also involves promoting various activities and recommending options tailored to guests’ preferences to enhance their overall experience. Additionally, Bowl Attendants are responsible for ensuring strict adherence to bowling safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment for everyone.

Beyond guest interaction, this position requires proficiency with multiple systems used in managing lane activity and transactions. Bowl Attendants help create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages fun and engagement, making guests feel valued and eager to return. The position offers flexible work schedules, including days, nights, and weekends, catering to candidates who thrive in dynamic and interactive settings. Job Duties

  • Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
  • Welcome and engage with all guests while being a fun ambassador
  • Promote and recommend activities based on guest needs and activity availability

  • Maintain shoe organization
  • Escort guests to their lane and assist with lane setup and ball selection
