Job Duties
- upholding our cleanliness and safety standards
- welcoming and engaging with all guests, all while being an ambassador of fun
- promoting and recommending activities based on a guest’s needs and activity availability
- troubleshooting and handling lane malfunction calls
- issuing and cleaning bowling shoes
- maintaining shoe organization
- escorting guests to their lane and assisting them with their lane set up and ball selection
- ensuring guests adhere to all bowling safety standards
- processing payment transactions and welcoming our guests back
- maintaining a clean and organized bowl desk and/or lanes
- completing side duties
