We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Night Auditor to join our team. This critical role is integral to the hotel's overnight operations, focusing on auditing and accounting tasks that support the hotel’s financial integrity. The Night Auditor ensures accurate financial reporting by completing end-of-day accounting processes, balancing hotel revenues, and reconciling charges. Alongside these essential financial duties, this position also involves direct guest interaction during nighttime hours to facilitate check-ins and check-outs, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve concerns efficiently. The role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in hotel management software, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Prior experience in a similar role preferably in the hospitality industry

Job Duties
- Complete end-of-day accounting processes and financial reporting
- balance and reconcile hotel revenues and charges
- verify the accuracy of guest folios, charges, and payments
- prepare and distribute daily reports to management and relevant departments
- process and manage guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours
- respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- monitor and maintain the security of the hotel during overnight hours
- perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned
