Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Ability to bend, twist, climb and descend stairs
- Ability to flip mattresses
- Ability to be on one’s feet the majority of the day
- Ability to learn, use, and teach state-of-the-art housekeeping software
- Experience supervising housekeeping or related staff
- Effective communication skills

Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Hands-on approach with a focus on teamwork and accountability
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety protocols
- Reliable, professional, and guest-service oriented
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
Job Duties
- Supervise, train, and support housekeeping staff in daily operations
- Inspect guest rooms and public spaces to ensure cleanliness and brand standards are met
- Coordinate daily room assignments and track progress through Flexkeeping software
- Schedule, inventory, and order housekeeping supplies
- Stock and inventory supply rooms on our campus
- Clean rooms or public spaces as needed to support the team
- Communicate effectively with the front desk, maintenance, and management to address guest requests and operational needs using Flexkeeping software
- Maintain compliance with safety and sanitation policies
- Coach staff on performance and assist management in evaluations and improvement plans when needed
- Supervise laundry operations
