We are currently seeking a motivated, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our dedicated team. This hands-on role is integral to maintaining the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The Housekeeping Supervisor will lead the department to ensure that guest rooms and public areas meet or exceed the hotel’s quality benchmarks. Leadership skills, effective communication, and a thorough understanding of state-of-the-art housekeeping software are essential for success in this position.

The successful candidate will be responsible not only for supervising and training housekeeping staff but also for directly engaging in cleaning duties to support the team as needed. This role demands physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 35 pounds, bend, twist, climb stairs, flip mattresses, and remain on their feet for most of the workday. The Housekeeping Supervisor must also coordinate daily room assignments and progress tracking using Flexkeeping software, showcase proficiency in scheduling and inventory management, and maintain strong communication channels with front desk, maintenance, and management teams.

Emphasizing accountability and teamwork, this position requires a leader who can coach and support staff performance, ensure adherence to safety and sanitation policies, and supervise laundry operations. The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $20 to $22 per hour based on experience, with the potential to transition quickly to a salaried position following a probationary period.
