Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent required
  • hotel general manager experience required
  • must be proficient in general computer knowledge, especially microsoft office products
  • must have a valid driver’s license for the applicable state
  • requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending and reaching, kneeling, or crouching

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience as a general manager or similar executive role
  • experience in planning and budgeting
  • knowledge of business processes and functions such as finance, hr, procurement, operations
  • strong analytical ability
  • excellent communication skills
  • outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • problem-solving aptitude
  • bsc/ba in business or relevant field
  • msc/ma is a plus

Job Duties
