Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs
  • Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work both independently and with others
  • Moves with pace and energy while maintaining attention to detail
  • In-store presence required to support boutique operations
  • Commitment to upholding CHANEL values and service standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one year related experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Passion for client experience and the House of CHANEL
  • Foreign language skills preferred but not required
  • Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet clients upon arrival and provide health and safety protocol information
  • Manage client wait times and appointments using provided tools and processes
  • Assist clients by answering questions and facilitating seamless experiences during wait times
  • Maintain flow of boutique traffic to ensure optimal service levels
  • Proactively communicate client expectations regarding wait times and in-boutique experiences
  • Support boutique team members to maximize client-facing time
  • Facilitate opening and closing of the boutique, inventory receiving, and product shipping to support sales
