The company prides itself on fostering an inclusive culture that values personal growth and collective progress, encouraging diverse perspectives to enhance team complementarity and effectiveness. With a rich heritage rooted in Parisian craftsmanship and a forward-looking approach to sustainability and social responsibility, CHANEL provides a unique work environment where employees can thrive and contribute meaningfully to the brand's legacy. The employment opportunity is for a Boutique Facilitator, Host position in Bal Harbour, offering a competitive hourly wage ranging from $26 to $28, accompanied by comprehensive benefits and professional development support.
The role of Boutique Facilitator, Host at CHANEL is pivotal in delivering an exceptional client experience from the moment clients enter the boutique. This role acts as the warm and welcoming face of the boutique, facilitating smooth client interactions and managing traffic flow to ensure optimal service levels. The Boutique Facilitator, Host is responsible for greeting clients warmly, providing relevant information about health and safety protocols, and managing client wait times through effective use of tools and processes. This position supports the broader boutique team by assisting with various functions to maximize client-facing time and maintain the boutique's operational excellence. This role is designed for individuals energized by building meaningful client connections, fostering inclusive experiences, and continuously learning and growing professionally within the world of CHANEL. It requires a people-focused, proactive approach, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, supporting the boutique’s opening and closing, inventory receiving, and shipping duties as part of the heart-of-house responsibilities. The position demands flexibility, including working late nights, weekends, and holidays, and offers the chance to develop multiple retail business functions, career workshops, and self-directed learning modules. CHANEL emphasizes diversity and inclusion in all aspects of its work environment, promotes sustainability initiatives, supports cultural engagement through global and US-based programs, and provides opportunities for employees to contribute to community efforts through its CHANEL Community volunteer programs. CHANEL is committed to creating rewarding career paths through leadership development, coaching, and tailored training programs to enable employees to perform at their best while feeling fulfilled and confident in their roles.
