Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to operate MICROS Point of Sale system
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and kitchen staff
- Ability to perform physical activities including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Willingness to follow all safety and security policies
- Availability to complete safety training and certifications

Job Duties
- Serve food courses to guests
- Serve alcoholic beverages to guests
- Set tables according to event and service standards
- Answer questions about menu selections
- Communicate with kitchen about menu questions and order status
- Record transactions in MICROS system
- Check in with guests for satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and service items
- Complete closing duties including restocking and turning off lights
- Present accurate checks and process payments
- Follow safety and security policies
- Report accidents and hazards to management
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- Welcome and acknowledge guests and assist as needed
- Develop positive working relationships with coworkers
- Ensure adherence to quality standards
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, and moving on various surfaces
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
