The work environment embodies Marriott’s high standards of professionalism, safety, and teamwork, providing a robust platform for personal and career development in the hospitality industry. By joining Westin’s culinary team, candidates become part of a global workforce that values innovation, respect, and a commitment to well-being, both for guests and associates.
