As the brand continues to expand across multiple locations, Square One Concepts is seeking a Regional Restaurant Manager to play a critical leadership role in supporting this growth. The Regional Restaurant Manager will oversee various operational aspects for multiple Bourbon & Bones locations, working closely with General Managers and the Executive Leadership Team to maintain service excellence, operational consistency, and strong financial performance.

This role is ideal for a dynamic, experienced hospitality professional who thrives in a high-performance environment. It involves direct involvement in both strategic planning and hands-on support, enabling the manager to drive financial results, mentor management teams, and champion the brand's hospitality culture. The position requires a strong multiunit leadership background with a deep understanding of upscale dining operations and the ability to lead with influence, coaching, and focused execution.

As part of the responsibilities, the Regional Operational Restaurant Manager will ensure consistent culinary standards, uphold cleanliness and safety protocols, and foster an atmosphere centered on accountability and exceptional guest service. The manager will also partner with executive leadership to develop strategic initiatives, support new restaurant openings and acquisitions, and cultivate leadership pipelines for sustainable growth.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of multiunit restaurant leadership experience
  • Proven ability to manage financial performance including P&L, budgets, and labor management
  • Strong understanding of upscale dining operations
  • Experience developing and mentoring leadership teams
  • Ability to travel regularly between restaurant sites
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive multiunit restaurant leadership experience, preferably within an upscale, fine dining, or polished casual restaurant organization
  • Proven success leading and developing high-performing management teams
  • Strong financial acumen with extensive experience managing P&L statements, budgets, labor, food cost, and profitability initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive operational improvements and business growth
  • Passion for hospitality and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to balance strategic planning and field execution
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting restaurant growth, change management, and operational innovation is highly preferred
  • Willingness to travel regularly between restaurant locations

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development to General Managers and restaurant leadership teams across multiple locations
  • Ensure exceptional execution of service standards and maintain the elevated guest experience that defines the Bourbon & Bones brand
  • Drive operational excellence by ensuring consistency in culinary execution, cleanliness, safety, and hospitality standards
  • Analyze financial performance and develop strategic action plans to improve profitability and operational efficiencies
  • Maintain accountability for key performance indicators, including sales, labor, food cost, controllable expenses, and EBITDA performance
  • Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that support company growth and long term objectives
  • Lead the implementation of new operational programs, systems, and best practices
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement while building strong relationships throughout the organization
  • Support new restaurant openings, acquisitions, and future growth initiatives
  • Conduct regular restaurant visits, operational assessments, and performance reviews to ensure standards are consistently achieved
  • Develop succession plans and leadership pipelines to support the continued growth of Bourbon & Bones and Square One Concepts
  • Serve as a trusted partner between field operations and executive leadership, ensuring effective communication and execution of company initiatives
