The Boston Food Pantry Manager role is a full-time, hourly position located at 1033 Massachusetts Avenue in Boston. This position involves managing outreach and federal programs including SNAP Outreach and Nutrition Outreach, and implementing these programs within the Boston Food Pantry as well as supporting other distribution initiatives like the Boston Public Schools/Grove Hall initiative, East Boston Neighborhood Health Center Satellite Pantry, and Head Start Initiatives. The manager also supervises daily outreach operations, provides at-home food delivery, and works closely with volunteers and partners to increase Red Cross visibility in the community.

This position emphasizes leadership, program development, and collaboration with internal staff and external partners to meet program goals effectively. The role requires occasional travel and a willingness to drive a 20-foot box truck. Candidates should possess strong organizational and communication skills, experience managing volunteers, and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
